I design and build software products, and lead the teams behind them as Head of Engineering at Stay Gold. I also run Devnito and teach 14,000+ developers on YouTube.
My first clients came one gig at a time. I was a freelance web developer, then a Level One seller on Fiverr, learning that the job is less about code and more about keeping promises.
That habit took me from full-stack engineer to tech lead and architect. Today I’m Head of Engineering at Stay Gold in the US, and the founder of Devnito, a small engineering studio that builds for clients and ships its own products.
Most products don’t fail because of code. They fail because of decisions made too early. I try to get those decisions right, then build systems a team can actually live with.
